Our services are designed to assist clients in developing basic living and social skills, accessing community resources, and managing their mental health symptoms. Our trained and compassionate staff works with each client to create a personalized treatment plan that fits their unique needs and goals.
Basic Living and Social Skills Training
We provide one-on-one coaching and training to help clients develop important life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and time management. We also offer group sessions to help clients build social skills and connect with others in their community.
Certified Peer Specialist Services
Our Certified Peer Specialists will have experience with mental illness and are trained to provide support, guidance, and resources to clients. They will work alongside clients to help them achieve their goals and promote recovery.
Community Intervention Services
Our team works will with clients to prevent crisis situations and intervene when needed. We will offer support and advocacy to help clients access community resources and navigate complex systems.
Functional & Diagnostic Assessments
We conduct a comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and areas for growth. We use this information to develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs.
Individual Treatment Planning Services

Medication Education
Our staff will provides education and support to clients regarding their medications. We will help clients understand the benefits and potential side effects of their medications and work with them to create a medication regimen that works best for them.
